1. How do I track my order?
You can track your order shipping status here. Track your order using your email and the full name on the order or the tracking number. Please note that tracking information will appear only after the order has shipped. If the order hasn't shipped yet, the page may be blank. Don't worry, your order will be on its way soon! If there are no updates after a while, please contact our Support team by clicking the Help button at the bottom right corner or emailing us at service@presentshouses.com.
2. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we do. The shipping time will be depended on which country you are.
3. Where is my package?
When the product is shipped, an email with tracking number (as well as the link) is sent to your email address. You can track the package by using tracking number from there.
4. Can I upgrade my shipping?
Yes, you can. Please contact us via our email or number as soon as possible when you want to change shipping method.
5. My photo will be posted on your website?
No, we are sure that when we don't have your permission, your photo will be not leaked on any social media.
6. How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you place your order, there will be a 3-5 business day processing period followed by a 5-7 business day shipping period.The duration depends on the shipping method and the destination country. Delays may occur due to holidays and/or any unforeseen events such as floods or typhoons. Please note that custom inspections can also be a factor during shipment.
